The mechanism

What actually happens to a call you can't take.

This is the long version, for people who want to understand the machine before they talk about money.

What happens to a call, second by second

  1. 19:42:04

    Call rings

Your phone, your number, exactly as it always has.

  2. 19:42:22

    No answer, forwards

Four rings and the call quietly moves to Zenith.

  3. 19:42:25

    Zenith picks up

Says your business name, says plainly that it's an assistant and the call is recorded, and asks what they need.

  4. 19:42:58

    They explain the job

Out loud, in their own words, interrupting whenever they like.

  5. 19:43:44

    Booked

A real slot off your real calendar, taken while they are still on the line.

  6. 19:43:45

    You get an email

Name, number, what they said, and when they're coming.

If they’d rather text — or you’re on Starter

Answering the phone comes with Growth and above. Every tier gets this, and it is the whole product on Starter:

  • The call forwards exactly as above.
  • Instead of picking up, Zenith texts them within thirty seconds — your business name, and what do you need.
  • They answer by text, in their own time, and the same assistant handles it.
  • It sends your booking link, or books them outright on a plan with a live calendar.

What we set up on your end

  • Call forwarding. One code you dial once on your phone.
  • A dedicated number that answers when you can't.
  • Your hours and your service area.
  • Your pricing rules, so it never invents a number.
  • Your calendar connection.

Total time we need from you: about 45 minutes, once.

What we need from you to launch

  • Business name, exactly as you want it said
  • Your hours
  • Your service area
  • Your average job types
  • How you want bookings handled
  • Your EIN, for carrier registration
  • Somewhere to send alerts

The carrier registration part, explained honestly

US carriers require any business sending automated texts to register first. It's called A2P 10DLC. It exists because carriers got tired of spam, and it means every legitimate business texting customers has a registration on file tied to a real company.

We file it for you, under your business, using your EIN. It takes a few business days on the carriers' end and there is no way to make that part go faster. That is the honest reason setup is a week and not a day.

Every legitimate provider does this. Anyone who tells you they can skip it is going to get your messages blocked.

What happens when it doesn't know

It asks one clarifying question. If that doesn't resolve it, it stops guessing, tells the customer a person will follow up, and emails you the whole conversation so you can pick it up where it left off.

It never invents a price, never promises a time that isn't available, and never leaves a message unanswered. A lead handed to you is a working outcome. A lead answered wrongly is not.

What you see day to day

  • An email every time a lead comes in.
  • A calendar event when someone books.
  • An optional daily digest, if you'd rather have one summary than ten emails.
  • An optional dashboard, if you're the kind of owner who wants to look.

If you never log into anything, the product still works completely.

15 minutes. Bring your call log.

We'll count what you actually missed last month and tell you what it cost. If it's not worth fixing, we'll say so.

Or go break the demo first. It costs you nothing to test.
