Who runs this
I'm Adhi. I build and run Zenith out of Chandler. I wrote the conversation logic, the carrier setup, the booking flow and the alerting myself, and I'm the person you talk to on the call and the person who fixes it when it's wrong. I work with owner-operators specifically, because that's where a missed call actually costs somebody money that afternoon.
Why this exists
I went and counted. I called through a few hundred trade shops around Chandler and the East Valley, let the phone ring out, and waited to see what happened next. Almost nothing happened next. These are businesses quoting four-figure jobs, and a missed call just sat there. Not because the owners didn't care, but because they were on a roof. That gap between a call coming in and anybody answering it is the whole business.
How we work
Three to five clients at a time. Every system is built by hand for the shop it serves, tuned to that trade's calls and that owner's prices. There is no offshore call center, no reseller layer, and nothing here is somebody else's platform with a new logo on it. If we're full, we'll tell you that instead of taking the deposit.
